No Limit

You can break through the apparent limits in your life and create a healthier and happier you by choosing environments which support your wishes for self-discovery, self-acceptance, and change.

You can live with the inner glow of health and happiness, rather than the tired irritability of disease and depression, by learning to deal effectively with the stresses in your life. Meditative practices, which lead to relaxation, can help you to forge a path to health and healing.

Imagine waking up each day happy to be you! Imagine what it would be like to appreciate yourself--not just for what you do, but also for whom you are. Imagine enjoying the pleasure of your own company and becoming your own best friend. And wouldn't it be wonderful if you could appreciate compliments, celebrate your strengths, and smile compassionately upon your weaknesses?

You can accomplish all of the above by using the whole-person approach to holistic health, by bringing body, mind, and spirit into wholesome harmony. The whole-person approach includes exercise, diet, relaxation, positive attitude, supportive environment, spiritual attunement, play, humor, and constructive communication.

You can learn to facilitate such self-integration by activating the essential life force that dwells within you. You can direct this powerful healing energy to reduce physical and mental discomfort and improve your total well-being.

Wholeness

I believe that love is the most important ingredient for achieving a feeling of wholeness and connectedness to ourselves and to the world around us.

In searching for that powerful feeling of unity and integration, we often come to believe that it is found outside of ourselves. Whenever we look outside of ourselves for love, approval, recognition, and reward, we become dependent on others. This dependency immediately creates a fear of loss, a fear of not getting that which we long for. Instead of making us whole, love derived solely from external sources reinforces our sense of incompleteness, creating feelings of frustration and anxiety.

The true experience of love comes from our inner source. This love is self sufficient and self-fulfilling. Moving towards that source unfolds the wholeness we are seeking. We can move towards that source when we learn how to stop creating internal conflict. To accomplish the possibility for the inborn unity to unfold, we must release many negative mental habits, including confusion, pressure, tension, emotional and mental judgment, restlessness of the mind, guilt, fear, and defensiveness.

As we become more established in our internal love source, we become less defensive, less aggressive, and less demanding because we are less dependent. When we are fully self-sufficient, we experience such internal freedom that we become one with the flow of life, naturally and effortlessly.

I believe that the experience of wholeness allows us to enjoy the fullness of life, bringing a sense of freedom and joy to all that we do.
